The SALP Offices have moved from the Faunce Student Services Building to room 223 on the top floor of the Bernhard Center.

The new Student Organization Center is now open for business, 9am-6pm Monday-Friday on the middle floor of the Bernhard Center. Stop by to check out the state-of-the-art center, which hosts 35 RSOs and features a kitchenette and conference room! If you need to setup a meeting for your RSO check the SOC conference room schedule and call (269) 387-2115 to reserve a time.
Do you want or need eye-catching, innovative promotional materials for your RSO? SALP has hired three graphic design students to produce FREE designs for RSOs. Printing must also be done in the new Resource Center in the lower level of the Bernhard Center. Visit RSO Designs for more information about the Graphic Design Team.

Outdoor Space Request for your organization's activities right here on our web site. All reservations must be submitted at least five business days in advance of an event or activity. For outside space areas, a copy of your registration form will be forwarded to the Department of Public Safety and Business Services for further approval. Do you have materials you would like to display in a Bernhard Center display case? Or, do you have information you would like to hand out or advertise on a table ? Reservations for display cases and solicitation can be made in the Resource and Graphic Design Center located on the bottom floor of the Bernhard Center room G06.
Get your flyers approved at the SALP office. All flyers must comply with SALP guidelines and be stamped “Approved” by the SALP office before posting. If the material is not stamped for posting, the material will be removed and restitution for the cost of labor will be charged to the organization. For exterior kiosk areas, the SALP validation stamp is not needed. Most flyers are approved with in 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing and be considerate of our campus when posting. (ex: do not post on trees, poles, ect.) You can also setup a RSO copy account with us, and the SALP staff will make your copies and have them ready for you when you pick up your flyer. Copies are just six cents each, and you can choose from a variety of paper colors.
Apply for a mailbox in the new Student Organization Center. Mail for organizations may be picked up or dropped off at the Student Organization Center. All registered organizations are eligible for a mailbox, but there are only a limited number of boxes available. Organizations are expected to check their mailbox weekly. All official notices will be
directed to your mailbox, so it is important to check your mail. If mail accumulates and the
organization does not respond to requests for mail pickup, SALP reserves the right to return all mail to
the original sender or dispose of documents at the conclusion of the semester.
